Returns & Refunds
Return or exchange an item
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return
the item to us.
- Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation.
Autotrade Warehouse must be informed of any return requests within 7 days of the original order date.
- We will issue a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if
preferred, we will exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return along with a Return Authorisation number that will be provided when you contact us.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for
your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a
delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
No Returns will be accepted after 30 day period.
Goods returned under warranty are subject to inspection before a
refund will be issued, in some cases this will involve the goods being
returned to the manufacturer for a full inspection.
Warranty Inspection of goods
Goods returned under warranty that need inspected under warranty
cannot have refund issued until credit has been received from them.
Goods to be returned to manufacturer include Steering Racks, Drive
Shafts, Clutches and anything that may involve additional costs due to
the nature of the warranty claim.
Goods rejected by the manufacturer remain the sole and absolute
property of the claimant and can be returned to them from the
manufacturer and any charges relating to carriage will be the
responsibility of the claimant.
If new parts are required to replace faulty items, new parts will be
sent free of charge where applicable, or will be charged at the original
rate from the date of the original purchase (only where manufacturer
inspection is required).
